Dr. Gabriel Holtski, ND

Dr. Holtski earned his Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon where he pursued advanced studies in botanical medicine and physical medicine as well as additional training in cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions, pediatrics, and women’s health. Following this, he completed a residency position focusing on primary care and family medicine. Dr. Holtski has also held memberships with the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, the California Naturopathic Doctors Association, and the Oregon Association of Naturopathic Physicians.

Areas of expertise include: Holistic Pediatric Care, Gastrointestinal Issues (food allergies and sensitivities, IBS, intestinal dysbiosis, reflux), Endocrinology (diabetes, thyroid and adrenal disorders, hormone replacement therapy), Mental Health (anxiety, depression, neurotransmitter balancing), Cardiopulmonary Conditions (high cholesterol, hypertension, asthma, bronchitis), Men’s Health (BPH, prostatitis, testosterone replacement therapy), Autoimmune Conditions, IV Nutrient Therapy, General Wellness, and Holistic Primary Care.

As a passionate teacher, Dr. Holtski enjoys when patients actively engage in their healing process and they can work together as a team to support the body’s own healing mechanisms. His love of teaching also comes through in his work as an adjunct professor of Anatomy and Physiology at College of the Redwoods. He enjoys supporting his patients through a wide variety of medical concerns to uncover the happiest and healthiest version of themselves. When not in the office, you can find Dr. Holtski tending to his garden and chickens, or adventuring in the outdoors with his wife and daughter.

Activator Adjustments:

Activator adjustments use a hand-held medical device to deliver a precise, gentle, pulsing thrust of pressure to specific misaligned vertebrae or joints.

The purpose is to restore range of motion to the affected joint, and it is used to help treat back, neck, shoulder and knee pain as well as headaches and other musculoskeletal concerns. Visit fees for this treatment are typically $150 – $175.
