Cost of new patient visits are $350 for a comprehensive 90 minute intake.

Cost of follow up visit visits depends on the time and complexity of the visit, but generally range from $175-225 for a 30-60 minute follow up.

We do not bill insurance directly, but are happy to provide what is known as a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance for whatever degree of reimbursement they provide. Our doctors can also write lab orders, imaging orders, and prescriptions and they will be covered by your insurance to the same degree that they would have been by any other ordering provider.*

This also works for FSA’s and HSA’s

*A note on Medicare: Our doctors cannot order labs/imaging for Medicare patients and have them covered by your insurance, so we like to work in conjunction with your primary care provider to make sure you get the lab work you need.

In addition to the visit fee ($140 for establish patients, $260 for new patients), the cost of nutrients is:

• Plenish Nutrient Cocktail ($75): this is a revised form of the classic Myers Push formula, with a B complex coupled with magnesium and calcium.

• Vitamin C ($10/500mg): up to 4 grams at a time. Note that we are not currently offering high dose IV vitamin C

• Glutathione ($25/200mg): provides antioxidant and detoxification support, in addition to a myriad of other benefits

• Methylcobalamin ($25/5,000mcg): methylated form of B12

• Folic Acid ($45/5mg)

• MIC ($25/ml): methionine, inositol, and choline

IV Packages are also available! Each IV package includes 4 therapeutic IV sessions and the cost of the nutrients:

• Plenish Package: $745 (a savings of $115)

• Plenish plus 1,000mg Vitamin C package: $805 (a savings of $135)

• Plenish plus 1,000mg Vitamin C and 400mg glutathione: $905 (a savings of $195)

• Glutathione 400mg plus Vitamin C 1,000mg: $705 (a savings of $95)
